Welcome to take part of this deeply relaxing Sound Healing Concert!Sound Healing is all about tuning in, harmonizing and deeply relaxing. Allowing the fullness of resonance, releasing tension and stacked emotions. The symphonic waves of vibrations calms the mind and relax the body.
In Sound Healing Concert, you lie down or sit comfortably and let the transforming and deeply-relaxing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, didgerido, monochord, koto, flute and singing flush your body, mind and soul. The instrumental overtones make the body's trillions of cells play harmoniously, thus releasing energy blockages and opening up the meridians. At a deeper level, the harmonic sounds produced by the instruments influence the level of consciousness by slowing down the brain rhythms to the alpha and theta frequencies, which activates the healing energies of the body. Sound Healing is different every time.

Bring your own yoga mat (there will be some mats for borrow aswell), for added comfort you can also bring your own blanket, something to cover your eyes from light, pillow and above all a bottle of water. Take with you casual and comfortable clothes.

Sydämellisesti tervetuloa syvärentouttavaan Äänihoito-Konserttiin!
Äänihoito rauhoittaa mielen ja syvärentouttaa kehon.
Äänihoito on syvärentoutusmenetelmä mikä on puhtaasti terveyttä tukeva ja ylläpitävä sekä ennen kaikkea ennaltaehkäisevä hoitomuoto.
Äänihoito-konsertissa makoilet tai istut mukavasti ja annat soivien kristallikulhojen, gongien, didgeridoon, monochordin, koton, huilun ja laulun sointujen huuhdella kehoasi, mieltäsi ja sieluasi. Instrumenttien yläsävelet saavat kehon triljoonat solut soimaan harmonisesti ja purkavat näin energiatukoksia sekä avaavat meridiaaneja. Syvemmällä tasolla instrumenttien tuottamat harmoniset äänet vaikuttavat tietoisuuden tasoon hidastamalla aivorytmejä alfa- ja theeta-taajuuksiin, mikä aktivoi kehon parantavia energioita. Äänihoito on joka kerta erilainen.
