Join us for our monthly Sound Healing Chakra Series at Little Green Plant Bar Café in Redwood City, hosted by Alchemy Divination. I’m Melissa, a certified spiritual coach, healer, and master of Sound Healing, Chakra Balancing, and Angelic Reiki. My work is deeply rooted in my indigenous heritage through my patrilineality of the Nahuat Pipil of El Salvador, and I’ll be holding space for this deeply restorative workshop.

This session is all about softening, releasing, and expanding as we dive into the Heart Chakra (Anahata)—your center of love, compassion, and connection. Together, we’ll open up space in our hearts through sound healing, reiki, guided meditation, breathwork, and a special cacao ceremony—a sacred tradition known for its heart-healing magic.

Your heart chakra is the bridge between your physical and spiritual self, the place where self-love, relationships, and deep emotional healing live. When balanced, it allows you to give and receive love freely—to yourself, to others, and to the universe.

We’ll sip on ceremonial-grade cacao, a powerful plant medicine used for centuries to open the heart and deepen connection. As we drink, we’ll set intentions, drop into presence, and embrace the warmth of community healing.

Info: Each attendee will be cleansed upon arrival\prior to the workshop. Melissa will perform a sacred cleansing ritual to help release any negative/heavy energies. This will allow your spirit to feel open and cleansed to receive the most benefits from the workshop.

Info: Once you've been cleansed and settled into your spot, the workshop activation begins with some journaling and/or connection with our creative energy through a coloring meditation. Once everyone has been cleansed, we begin our sacred conversation about the Heart chakra.

Info: Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, guided by the rhythm of our breath and the transformative power of cacao into a ceremonial cacao experience, where we'll sip on this sacred elixir known for its heart-opening properties.

Info: The sound bath ceremony begins with guided breath work exercises that leads to Heart Chakra meditation followed by a sound bath with individual reiki-infused healing.

Info: The sound bath ceremony closes with a journaling activity and a group and/or one-on-one discussion with Melissa on what was felt during the sound healing. Also, enjoy some intentional chakra-related drinks and foods to fuel/replenish our energy center. This sacred space is open for you to interact with your soul family and socialize if you feel called to connect with others who are attending the workshop and begin to gain your support community.
