Join me for a sublime journey into sound. Starting with a few minutes of relaxation in the form of yogic breathing or chanting, in order to prepare you for an experience of transforming and healing sounds. Featuring several gongs, ocean drum, crystal and Tibetan signing bowls, chimes and a variety of other sound instruments.
