Join us for a peaceful morning of sound healing and meditation to relax, recharge, and reconnect. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water for your comfort. All levels welcome.
Join us for a nourishing morning of sound healing played with crystal bowls and a gong. While also doing a meditation high above the heart of Phoenix. This deeply restorative experience will help you reset, ground, and reconnect with your inner peace.
Surrounded by the vibrant city views from the 11th floor, we’ll use healing frequencies, breath, and mindfulness to guide your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation and harmony.
