Come join me for an evening to completely slow down. For one full hour, you’ll lay back, breathe, and let the sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments move through you.

Think of it as a reset for your whole system — body, mind, and spirit.

What to Expect:

• A sound journey with bowls, chimes, and gentle tones
• Simple meditation to help you arrive and settle in
• A calm space to release stress and recharge

Location: City & Soul Wellness Collective

7:00–8:00 PM (arrive 5–10 minutes early)

Bring: a mat, water, and whatever makes you cozy — blanket, pillow, or eye mask.

Just come as you are. You’ll leave feeling lighter and more at ease. Open to all ages.
