Communication as a vital part of our existence can sometimes become difficult or stagnant. We may find ourselves in a situation of not getting our message across or even a little confused about finding the right words.
The Throat Chakra is regarded as an important “bridge” from the heart, in the raising of consciousness through the sequential activation of the chakras from the base to the crown of the head.
As it comes into balance, we learn to feel truly that we are “in our body” and can express the creative and life affirming aspects of ourselves.
In this workshop we will focus on opening your communication centre and developing a strategy in accessing it.
This will be achieved through a carefully designed protocol of a combination of methods and applied sequences.
This session is a part of chakra series; each session is designed for you to experience the benefits of the healing, which increases with the number of sessions attended.
Sound healing is a practice that uses harmonic vibrations to harmonise brainwaves: combining sound therapy with hypnotherapy and other healing modalities, we achieve distressing, brain fog removal and a deeper meditative state.
Hypnotherapy is a completely safe method allowing a deeper connection within our selves elevating the effects of sound therapy.
Hand in hand it is an incredible combination.
The session will start with a light grounding meditation and a healing touch, followed by carefully selected sound journey frequencies activating your throat chakra, sealing the session with hypnotherapy which will deepen your experience.
This workshop is very attentive, individually tailored for everyone to have an amazing experience.
There will be a window of 15 mins before and after the 75mins session addressing your own personal concerns and questions.

Lenka Kopecka is a psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, high performance coach and an athlete.
Coming from a long family line of healers she has trained with the best and most dedicated trainers/healers in the world.
She has dedicated over a decade to intensive studies of various healing and conventional therapy methods in order to achieve an integrative healing approach of physical/mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of one's being.
A very intimate setting with a limited number of spaces available to assure everyone's individual attention and a close encounter with healing vibrations.
