About this Event
In this day and age we often find ourselves in a state of confusion/lack of creativity and clarity. We all know these subtle inspiration sparks that are so unpredictable, rare and very needed sometimes.
The Crown Chakra symbolises the balance of duality within us and our ability to experience SUPER CONSCIOUSNESS – the state of mind providing immediate inspiration, solutions and the knowing needed at a given time. In this session we will be teaching the mind and body tapping into the space of super consciousness.
This will be achieved through a carefully designed protocol of a combination of methods and applied sequences.
This is a first session of chakra series; each session is designed for you to experience the benefits of the healing, which increases with the number of sessions attended.
Sound healing is a practice that uses harmonic vibrations to harmonise brainwaves: combining sound therapy with hypnotherapy and other healing modalities, we achieve distressing, a brain fog removal and a deeper meditative state.
Hypnotherapy is a completely safe method allowing a deeper connection within our selves elevating the effects of sound therapy.
Hand in hand it is an incredible combination.
The session will start with a light grounding meditation, followed by carefully selected sound journey frequencies activating your crown chakra, sealing the session with hypnotherapy/NLP and shamanic approaches which will deepen your experience.
This workshop is very attentive, individually tailored for everyone to have an amazing experience.
For best results, setting an intention pre session helps getting the most of the workshop.
There will be a window of 15 mins before and after the 75mins session addressing your own personal concerns and questions.
Please arrive for 18:50, we will start at 19:00.
Lenka Kopecka is a psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, high performance coach and an athlete.
Coming from a long family line of healers she has trained with the best and most dedicated trainers/healers in the world.
She has dedicated over a decade to intensive studies of various healing and conventional therapy methods in order to achieve an integrative healing approach of physical/mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of one's being.
