About This Class
This restorative Sound Healing and Guided Meditation experience is offered on the first Tuesday of every month and is open to all—attend one class or participate throughout the year. Each session blends guided meditation, energy clearing, and sacred sound frequencies to help release stress, soothe the nervous system, and realign the mind, body, and spirit.
Jessica provides a supportive and accessible healing space. No experience is needed; simply bring something comfortable to lie on and allow the sound waves to help you release what no longer serves your highest good and reconnect with inner peace and clarity.
