About this Event
Allow yourself to reconnect, realign your energy, and find deep relaxation through the power of sound healing at 1 Hotel Mayfair. Stephanie Waxberg is a certified sound healer, accredited by the CMA, who focuses on balancing, grounding and reconnecting with your intuition. This restorative practice supports wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level.
During this immersive experience, you will be invited to lie down on a comfortable mat, cocooned with pillows and blankets, and the session begins with intention setting, meditation and a palo santo cleanse. We then move on to the sound healing, where the vibrational frequency of pure quartz Crystal Tones alchemy bowls will help you to attain a deep meditative state of consciousness. Stephanie uses a variety of instruments including tuning forks, ocean drums, rain sticks and Koshi chimes, and the session concludes with a grounding practice.
Guests will have the opportunity to talk with Stephanie and ask any questions after the session, and leave with a take home gift to incorporate into their wellness routine.
This event is open to all and no prior experience of sound healing is required. Please wear comfortable clothing, and arrive 5 minutes before the start time. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. We can’t wait to welcome you!
