The Spring Equinox, or vernal equinox, is a time of new beginnings. The Latin-derived word Vernal translates to “new” and “fresh” - so this turn of season brings on an air of newness after the quiet hibernation of winter. It is one of two moments throughout the year when day and night are exactly equal in length. As we welcome in the light of spring, days will start grow longer as we continue our journey toward summer. Join us at The Yoga Sanctuary for a special sound event to honor the energy of the Spring Equinox. Allow the vibrations and resonance of the instruments nourish and support your body, mind, and soul as we shake off the stillness of winter and begin to welcome in the light and warmth of the sun. Open to all levels, no experience necessary.
