Are you ready to experience a Soulful Sunday?
I’m creating this sacred space for you to embrace a peaceful mind through a guided meditation, sound healing and relaxation experience followed by a picnic on the beach to share delicious home-made food and enjoy conscious connections with other souls on a spiritual journey.
The sessions will be improvised and I will flow with my intuition on how it will go!
My ethics are all about caring and sharing from the heart, so since this is a picnic, if you can prepare something home-made, this is like sharing a piece of your soul with the world. (Even if it’s simple!)
TIME: 1PM sharp, or 5-10 mins or so before. Please arrive on time and respect the silence, otherwise you will not be able to join the circle. (Meditation first, social next ?)
LOCATION: Meditation will be near to the W Hotel. We will move to the sand for the picnic.
I will organize these sessions bi-weekly/monthly (depending on appreciation & popularity!)
