You will see the number "2" on the back of the building, this is where you will enter the yoga studio, through the back door, not through the mall.What to bring:Please bring your own mats, blanket, pillows, masks andanything else that can make you more comfortable. The studio does have some to share.Why:To raise the collective consciousness and the base frequency of the planet Gaia by assisting anyone suffering from any sort dis-ease in the mind and body connection. Over the last 7 years that Lindy has been offering sound baths in the Tampa Bay area, these group sound baths have proven to be powerful healing experiences because of the collective group effort that everyone is there for the same or similar reasons, to get out of some sort of pain.
