Sound Bowls & Convos

Take a scenic stroll and come join us for a FREE relaxing afternoon at the beautiful Lake Artemesia (real photo of the lilly-filled lake is below) for some soothing sound bowl meditation and engaging conversations. Let the gentle sounds of the bowls wash away your stress and worries as you connect with like-minded individuals in a peaceful outdoor setting. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and make new friends. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
* Please arrive 15-20min early to plan for parking and the ~10min Scenic walk to the sound bowl session. See directions below.

*This is a Black-woman led event curated with BIPOC folx in mind. All are welcome! Walk-ins are welcome. And donations are welcomed to support future events.

*You Are Encouraged to Bring a Mat to sit on, walking shoes, natural bug repellent, sunglasses/hat/small umbrella for shade. We will be outside.

*LOCATION - 10 MIN SCENIC WALK DIRECTIONS : Put "Lake Artemesia" in your GPS. You will be led to a FREE parking lot. Then follow the signs for the lake to a gate entrance. Walk through the gate, then take your first Right. Stay straight on the path. You will reach a fork in the road, stay straight to your left-hand side towards the lake and restrooms (building with blue roof). Follow the path straight ahead till you reach the terrace with a wooden stage overlooking the lake where the session will take place. Please plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early, prior to the event start time to allow yourself ample time to walk from the parking lot to the provided coordinates above. Plus, you will want to take your time to enjoy the scenic walk!
