About this Event
This class blends yoga flow sequences, breath work and meditation, and the vibrations of sound bowls—a perfect way to end the work week and recharge your mind, body, and spirit.
The room is heated around 85°F. Bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat. Mats are available to rent for $5.
When you arrive, remove your shoes at the door and place your belongings in the cubbies. You’ll be checked in at the entrance.

Mota Thai Yoga is located at 416 W. Huron Street in downtown Ann Arbor, next to the railroad tracks. Free parking is available in our lot. Look for the black door marked 22 with the red Mayan calendar.
