Join us for an in-depth chakra-based meditation that will assist in balancing each of the seven main chakras.
This workshop will leave all participants relaxed and releasing stagnant energy. This class utilizes various sound bowls which that entrains stress within the body and assists participants to release the stress.
Taught by Juanita Martin, Certified Reiki Practitioner, Crystal Healer and Vibrational Sound Therapists
$35 per participant.
Participants will need a 9-piece chakra kit. Headphones will be helpful as well.
Class takes place Thursday June 17th ay 6:30 PM EST. If you are booking in a different time zone please plan accordingly. You will receive a Zoom link prior to class.
