About this Event
Sound bowl Meditation is an excellent way to calm your mind and start your day in a peaceful way. Learn about the benefits of sound bowls led by our partners at Afro Moone. This class is for all ages and no experience is necessary.
This program is a part of the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy's larger Spring into Wilson event. After class, feel free to stay and enjoy the entertainment, food trucks, explore the park and more!
