Sound Body Flow is a restorative, low-flow evening designed to bring your body and mind into perfect harmony. This unique experience combines gentle mat Pilates, a group sound bath, and tuning fork sessions to help you release tension, improve alignment, and deepen your sense of inner calm.
Guided by Dr. Emilie Robinson, Licensed Physical Therapist and owner of Rise Pilates, you’ll move through mindful, low-impact Pilates sequences that strengthen and lengthen the body. Then, immerse yourself in a meditative soundscape led by Lucas Kirschman, Golf Yogi and Sound Alchemist, as healing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks wash over you—melting away stress and creating a state of deep relaxation.
Whether you’re seeking to restore after a busy week, connect more deeply with your body, or simply enjoy an evening of mindful movement and sound healing, this experience is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and flow.
