Join Ruby, the Conscious Crone as she crafts a calm space for this sound bath and meditation event.
We are connecting in with the nervous system in November and invite you to join us for a nettle tea.
Nettle has many wonderful health benefits and is adaptagenic which helps to calm the nerves.
We will have a beautiful mindful moment with netle as we take a guided meditation to meet this powerful plant ally.
The sound will follow and will compliment this deeper still.
You are welcome to bring along a journal for quiet reflection afterwards.
