Sound baths @ Cocoon

Sound baths offer a unique journey into deep relaxation and inner healing. Using alchemy crystal bowls, rain disks, seed chimes, and other nature-inspired sounds, these sound sessions create frequencies that resonate through your body and release tension and stress.

Limited to ten participants per session, these smaller group sound baths in my private studio create space for more tranquility and individualized attention.

• Friday, 5/15 mid-day: give yourself permission to slow down as the week winds down
• Saturday, 5/16 morning: rest, recharge, and reset as you ease into the weekend
• Sunday, 5/17 late afternoon: fill your cup as the week begins anew

Things to know about the location:

• Cocoon is a private home studio in a residential neighborhood in McLean, VA. Address will be sent in registration confirmation.
• The studio space is located on the basement-level and requires stair access to enter.
• Please note, the studio is a cat-friendly space.

Things to know about the session:

• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to get settled in so we can begin on time.
• Mat, blanket, and eye mask will be provided.
• Optional: bring your own blanket and pillow to get even cozier.
• Wear comfortable clothing that won't feel restrictive while lying down or sitting on the floor.
