Come enjoy a unique Sound Bath experience with Brinleigh Gallagher at the South Shore Waldorf School on Sundays, 5pm-6:15pm.The sound bath is a meditative therapeutic experience where participants are immersed in sound waves produced by Brinleigh playing singing bowls, promoting relaxation and healing.

Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for maximal comfort. Come a little early to settle in and take in the sounds and vibrations of the bowls. Cost is $40 by e-transfer or cash.
