About this Event

Relax in a beautiful tranquil environment hearing the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs. We are holding a small cosy group of 6 to maximise on your experience with the sounds of the gongs and bowls.

Join us 30 minutes before the class for complimentary tea and biscuits and a chat with Simon about the history about these ancient bowls.

Wear comfortable clothes as you have an option of lying down or sitting on the floor. Cushions, yoga mats and blankets are provided. If you would like to also bring a sleep/eye mask to wear during the relaxation, you are more than welcome to!
