Treat yourself to a restorative morning at Dunwoody Nature Center with our popular Sound Bathing session on Saturday, September 20th from 10:00–11:00 AM. This immersive experience combines guided meditation with the powerful resonance of crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, and elemental wind chimes to help you release stress, reset your energy, and reconnect with your inner calm. Led by certified sound healer and yoga instructor Karmin, this session will guide you through intention setting and deep relaxation—supporting emotional well-being, reducing anxiety, and promoting healing from within.
Perfect for those seeking a peaceful pause from a busy world, this experience welcomes participants of all experience levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or something soft to lie on. Feel free to bring an eye mask, blanket, or pillow to make your session even more cozy.
