Join Jessica and Cassie on September 20 from 4:00–6:30 PM for a Women’s Grounding + Harvest Ceremony in honor of the Autumn Equinox.
Through slow, embodied movement, ritual, reflection, breathwork, and energy integration, we’ll align with the season of harvest — releasing what’s complete and honoring the wisdom we’ve gathered.
We’ll close with a Reiki-infused grounding meditation to help you settle into the beauty of the present moment.
