Mats, props, blankets and eye pillows are provided but if you would like to bring your own, you're welcome to.Please wear comfortable clothing and bring extra layers/blankets/pillows/socks.�
Please bring drinking water with you and if you want extra cosiness, a pre filled hot water bottle is a great extra to enjoy. Sorry I don't have facilities for heating wheat packs or electric charged bottles.
Do not arrive more than 15 minutes early, time has been allocated for arrival, set up and settling in.

Immerse, revitalise, re-energise and relax, mentally, emotionally spiritually and physically. Not only hearing with our ears but feeling the vibrations with our whole being.
