Mats, props, blankets and eye pillows are provided but if you would like to bring your own, you're welcome to.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring extra layers/blankets/pillows/socks.�
Please bring drinking water with you and if you want extra cosiness, a pre filled hot water bottle is a great extra to enjoy. Sorry I don't have facilities for heating wheat packs or electric charged bottles.
Do not arrive more than 15 minutes early, time has been allocated for arrival, set up and settling in.

In this inclusive practice we will begin with settling in & enjoying a body scan meditation before letting the flow of sound vibrations wash over us to soothe body, mind, spirit and emotion, helping to bring you that deeper relaxation, harmony and balance you desire.
The gentle interwoven sounds of the singing bowls harmonise your chakras, sooth your nervous system and increase alpha brain waves. It can decrease blood pressure, stress hormones & heart & respiration rates, all whilst laying or sitting in comfort.
Immerse, revitalise, re-energise and relax, mentally, emotionally spiritually and physically. Not only hearing with our ears but feeling the vibrations with our whole being.
