About this Event
This class blends together vibrations of singing bowls, meditation, and yoga flow sequences. A great way to end the work week, cultivating a profound sense of rejuvenation for the mind, body, and spirit.
Class is heated around 85 degrees. Bring a bottle of water, a towel if needed, and a yoga mat. Yoga mats can be rented for $5.
When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and place your belongings in the cubbies. You will be checked in at the door.

(Mota Thai Yoga is located at 416 W. Huron Street. We are located in downtown Ann Arbor next to the railroad tracks. Free parking in our parking lot. Look for the black door marked 22 with a red Mayan calendar.)
