Sound Bath Workshop

Join us for a relaxing in-person experience where soothing sounds help you unwind and recharge. This workshop invites you to immerse yourself in calming vibrations and peaceful energy. Perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and connect with their inner calm.

Bring an open mind and get ready to float away on waves of sound in a cozy, welcoming space.

Location and parking

The venue address is St Margaret's Institute, 30 Polstead Road, OX2 6TN.

Parking in Oxford could be a bit challenging, but there are a few free parking spaces nearby.

What to Bring

- Yoga mat or something soft like a sun lounger cushion to lie on.

- Please wear comfortable, warm clothing, you will be laid still for an hour, and body temperature often drops during meditation.

- I recommend bringing a small pillow or something to rest your head on and a blanket to keep warm.

- Extra props to support your practice if you would like (such as an eye pillow and maybe water bottle).

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts.
