Let Traci guide you through a soothing sound bath to help you unwind and destress after a long week. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound as you let go of tension and find inner peace. This in-person event is the perfect way to end your week on a positive note. Come join us for an evening of relaxation and renewal! Warning: May cause serious napping

If you've never attended a soundbath, this is the time to experience something wonderful and spiritual. Your job is to settle down and relax while I play gongs, bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments to help wind down from all the stress of your week. It's a great girls' night, date night, or just chill-out night for one. Fridays is the night for ZEN. come chill with us.
