What to Bring
A yoga mat will serve as your base for this journey. Please bring a blanket and pillow for added comfort. Comfortable attire is recommended, alongside water and a light meal beforehand, to ensure you are fully prepared to immerse yourself in this sensory exploration. Please aim to arrive 7 minutes before the event begins, allowing for a seamless and serene start.
