About this Event
Join us for a relaxing sound bath in the wonderful surrounds of Barnsley Carers Garden with Artist, Musician and Mindfulness practitioner Sara Teal.
The venue: The Carers Garden behind the Metrodome, Queens Rd, Barnsley.
This event is aimed at adults working, freelancing or volunteering within the creative health sector; from occupational therapists to volunteers within recovery services, if you are using creativity to support others wellbeing then this is the place where we can support you.
This is one event part of a larger programme of socials and nurturing events to help connect, support and strengthen our amazing workforce.

This is an outdoor event so please bring suitable clothes for the weather and adequate water.
This is an accessible venue but paths maybe uneven.
This is a nurture session coordinated by Creative Recovery, supported by Culture, Health and Wellbeing Alliance and funded by Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council Public Health Innovation Fund.
