Come and join us for our sound bath at the beautiful Llandaff North Scouts Hall. Lay down and immerse yourself into the sound and vibration of sacred instruments. The sound and vibration will penetrate your mind and body down to the cellular structure of your body. Here it will create complete balance and harmony, through the law of resonance. Leaving you feeling relaxed and at peace with yourself and the world.
We will start with a meditation before entering into the heartbeat of the drum. This beat will merge with your heartbeat. Percussion instruments, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, bespoke gongs, pipes and much more will be used during the session.
Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow to get cosy and comfortable. Also bring some water to rehydrate yourself after the session.
The cost is £15.
Sound therapy is very beneficial for sleeping problems and aids all physical and emotional issues.
Contraindications are Epilepsy, pacemaker and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
