This workshop is an opportunity for you to press pause from the world for 75 minutes to slow down and find moments of stillness to tune in and re-connect with yourself.
Come and treat yourself to a beautiful candlelit evening full of warmth and self-care to deeply relax and restore your body, nervous system and mind while being held by the sounds and vibration of beautiful instruments.
We will start with a seated guided breathing meditation to being tuning into our bodies. You will move to resting on you back with eyes closed, allowing the sounds around you to take you on a journey of peace. I will provide reiki healing as I work to align your chakras and release stagnant energy stored in your body and aura.

Sound therapy is an ancient technique used as a meditation tool to restore harmony in the physical and emotional body and to relax as it stimulates stress relief and gives a feeling of deep relaxation. After a session people tend to feel more clarity, more centered and in-tune with themselves.
