Step into a space where you can slow down, switch off, and truly exhale. Kelly’s sound bath sessions are designed to help you relax deeply, reconnect with yourself, and gently reset both body and mind. Held in a calm and supportive environment, you’ll be invited to lie back and simply rest. Using a blend of soothing sounds, gentle music, intuitive drumming, and elements from the Tropic So Sleepy range, each session is carefully created to support relaxation and a sense of ease. No two sessions are the same, each one is shaped to offer what’s needed in that moment.
At the beginning, Kelly will guide you through a short introduction to sound healing, helping you understand how the vibrations support the nervous system and why the body responds so naturally to them, especially if it’s your first time.
The session takes place in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside. You’ll be supported with cushions, blankets, and a softly lit space with drapes and fairy lights to help you fully settle. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable.
This session is suitable for both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to sound baths, returning after some time away, or simply in need of deep rest and reset. You don’t need to do anything, just lie back, listen, and allow the body to relax. You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and deeply relaxed.
