About this Event
Jemima is a fully qualified sound healer, trained by renowned sound teachers Cherub and Tim Wheater, she will guide you through a restful and restorative soundbath, helping you drop into a deep healing proces. Jemima will gently guide you through as you journey with her creative and energetic process using crystal bowls, chimes, ocean sounds and gentle drumming. Give yourself a break from the busy-ness and constant need to get things done, rest your nervous system, mind and body. Give yourself permission to do nothing.

Please wrap up warm and bring extra layers, thick socks, a yoga mat and blanket (some mats will be provided) but it's always lovely to have extra padding.
Please note that sage, palo santo, sandalwood and soy wax candles and essential oils may be burnt throughout this event so please let Jemima know if you have any allergies.
