Sound Bath with Gongs.
You are invited to experience this Sound Bath as we tap into vibrational energy with Michael Enderle.
We hold space to acknowledge our blessings and offer gratitude and thanks for what we have received while setting intentions to release and clear.
This Sound Bath Meditation will allow for reflection and contemplation on the source of your inner-values and beliefs and aims to develop a deeper connection with the universe, encouraging awareness, transformation, and gratitude. Becoming whole is a conscious practice to mindfully engage ourselves by supporting the process to discharge blocked emotions as we find a way for spiritual growth in this comfortable and supportive space we create in community.
During this Sound Bath guided meditation, Michael will share the sounds and vibrations from the Gongs. Combining the sounds from of the Gongs with the sounds of the flutes, chimes, conch and kalimba is a way to regain and maintain our original sense of wholeness and well-being by channeling the transformational waves from the ancient instruments to the body, mind, heart and spirit to restore balance and harmony.
These sound medicine instruments are very special and are played masterfully by Michael.
Bring all you need to be comfortable while lying down or sitting on the floor. Yoga mats, foam pads, or air mattress are recommended. Also, bring blankets, pillows, eye cover and water to enhance your relaxation experience.
You may bring any items you would like to clear, cleanse or energize and place them on the altar.
You may also bring a journal if you choose.

About Michael Enderle
Michael Enderle is an internationally recognized Sound Medicine Master and Shamanic Energy Practitioner. He has been professionally involved with Sound, Vibration and Energy since 1986.
In 1998, he began studying with Grand Masters of Sound and Energy Healing in the US, UK, UAE and Nepal.
While answering the call of his Lipan-Apache Ancestors of Northern Mexico in 2002, Michael trained for over 20 years to serve and share Sound Medicine.
Michael lived and studied in the Middle East and Asia for 10 years to deepen his knowledge of combining Sound, Vibrational and Energy Healing with personal, professional and spiritual development.
Michael is a Sound Medicine Master, Shamanic Energy Practitioner, Spiritual Counselor, Ordained Minister, HealthRHYTHMS®️ Facilitator and lifetime member of the Sound Healers Association. He is honored as a Dancing Wu Li Master.
