Come and experience the ultimate relaxation at our Sound Healing Bath event! Join us at the Fareham Methodist Church for a soothing journey of sound therapy. Let the harmonious sounds wash over you, melting away stress and tension. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
You can bring whatever helps you feel warm, cosy, and supported while lying down.
Most guests bring: a yoga mat or soft surface to lie on blankets and pillows for comfort and warmth, an eye mask or scarf (optional but recommended), a water bottle to stay hydrated
Each instrument carries its own healing quality:
Crystal and Alchemy singing Bowls 432 Hz – Pure, cosmic high-frequency tones that clear the mind and calm the heart. The sounds can induce a deep state of relaxation, helping to reduce physical tension.
432 Hz resonates with the heart chakra, helping to release emotional blockages and promote compassion, balance, and inner peace. The sound promotes energy flow through the body.
In our sessions I`m using different types of gongs . Gongs "Vento"20inch and "Ukrainian Heart " 36inch – Deep, layered cosmic vibrations that support emotional release and transformation. Gong frequencies are known for their ability to “shake loose” stagnant energy and promote a feeling of renewal. The sound waves can encourage the body to soften tightness, improve relaxation of muscles, and support physical ease.

In sound healing, the F note is primarily associated with the Heart Chakra (Anahata), the fourth energetic center located at the center of the chest. It is considered a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, focusing on emotional balance and connection.
It is believed to foster feelings of love, compassion, empathy, and forgiveness.

In sound healing, the A note is primarily associated with the Third Eye Chakra (Ajna), the sixth energetic center located between the eyebrows. It is considered the gateway to intuition, inner wisdom, and higher consciousness.
It is believed to clear energetic blockages in the mind, fostering heightened awareness and clarity of perception. The vibrations are thought to deepen one’s connection to inner guidance and "inner vision," helping with indecision or a lack of direction.
Playing gongs creates deep, layered vibrations that support emotional release and transformation. The vibrations of the gongs penetrate deeply into the body and mind, helping to relieve stress, achieve deep relaxation and release energetic blocks.
Tibetan singing bowls - The deep, resonant tones can help calm the nervous system, slow breathing, and reduce feelings of anxiety. Many people report entering a meditative or deeply relaxed state within minutes
All tickets include a 60-minute guided sound journey designed to support deep rest, healing, and emotional release.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the entrance door will be locked once the session starts, and late entry will not be possible.

By booking, you confirm that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and that you will inform the facilitator in advance of any relevant physical or mental health conditions (including pregnancy, epilepsy, sound sensitivity, PTSD, or use of a pacemaker).
Sessions are intended for adults unless stated otherwise.

If you experience discomfort or distress, you are free to pause, move, or leave the session at any time.
Contraindications Sound healing is generally safe and beneficial for most people, but it may not be suitable if you:
- Have severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis)
- Experience sound- or light-triggered epilepsy
- Have a pacemaker or other sensitive implants
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Have a history of sound sensitivity that may cause anxiety or distress
