Gong practitioner Georgia will be facilitating small groups for sound bath. Come and enjoy the sounds of gongs & singing bowls, to help restore balance and internal harmony. Held in small groups to create a relaxing and stress-free environment.All you need to bring is yourself and a pillow. Yoga mats, eyes masks and blankets are all provided.
Arrival time is 5:45pm
Start time is 6:15pm
Finishing time 7:30pm
Located at Research Road, Nuriootpa
The doors close at exactly 6pm and will not be opened for late comers once the sound has commenced to provide respect for those already in session.
Refunds are not given to late arrivals, no shows or in the event you change your mind.
Please note that all hearing aids must be removed prior to sound commencement, it is not recommended for you to attend if you are/have any of the following
• pregnant
• sound induced epilepsy
• pace maker
• metal plates or implants
