Join me for a tranquil experience in the heart of North Bend. The theme for this sound journey is Honoring the Fall. I will be creating a unique sound journey starting with a mini meditation through the changing forests with the vibrant coloring changing plants that signify the changing of the seasons into Fall. Rainsticks, shamanic drumming, gongs, Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls and chimes will be blended together to take you on a magical sonic journey through time and space. Allow yourself to be fully immersed in the sounds and vibrations of these sacred instruments.Doors open at 6:40. It is extremely important to arrive early as doors lock at 7:05. Bring an eye cover, blankets, pillow and anything you desire to make the space as comfortable as possible to lie down for an hour. Cushions are provided by the venue. The space is located through the orange door next to the Wellness Boutique.
