Sound Bath with Doug

Let the sounds and vibrations relax you. Allow it to carry you away in a peaceful, tranquil stillness. As you release what no longer serves you.

A sensory experience that immerses you in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, bells, rattles, and Tibetan singing bowls.

Please bring yoga mat, pillows, blankets, blindfold. Anything that will help you relax.

Can be done lying down or seated.
