You are invited to experience a restorative Sound Bath with Paola Marino and Great Oak Waldorf School - a meditative immersion in soothing sounds and healing vibrations with your community. Participants will be guided into deep relaxation through the use of crystal singing bowls, and other instruments that help calm the nervous system, balance energy, and promote a sense of peace and clarity.We are happy to be partnering with Paola Marino, owner of Bliss Yoga, to bring this monthly offering to our community, every third Wednesday beginning Nov. 19th, at 6:30pm on the Early Childhood Campus in the Wildflower Garden classroom.
