Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath with Golden Sol Healing designed to help you relax, reset, and unwind.During this immersive experience, crystal singing bowls and grounding tones will fill the space with gentle, layered sound designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. Participants will lie down or sit comfortably while therapeutic sound frequencies guide them into a meditative, restful state.
Sound baths are known to support stress reduction, mental clarity, emotional balance, and improved sleep — but more simply put, this is intentional time to slow down and soften.
No experience is necessary. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or simply looking for a peaceful reset, this session is open to all.
