Sound healers create vibrations with gongs, handpans, percussions, and indigenous instruments to artfully harmonize sounds for a healing meditative and restorative practice. Candice is an experienced Alignment Coach, sound healer, voice artist, and actress, loves to bring embodied gong baths.

Musician Daniel brings percussion to life with Handpan, Digeridoo, Gong, and more. Charlie accompanies Daniel to Gentle Guide Into & Out of practice, including aspects of Pranayma, Yin, and Yoga Nidra.

Stephanie’s Session offers multiple modes of engagement and invites you to delight in the movement and stillness of your body, mind, and spirit. She loves to share the healing vibrations of the gong.
