Come and join us for our first sound bath in 2026Lay down and immerse yourself into the sound and vibration of sacred instruments. The sound and vibration will penetrate your body and mind down to the cellular structure. Here it will create complete balance and harmony in your body and mind through the law of resonance. Hence this will leave you feeling relaxed and at peace. Some people report that they leave feeling blissful.
We will start with a meditation, before moving into the heartbeat of the drum. Himalayan bowls will activate your vagus nerve, the song of the gong will carry you through the earth, holding and nurturing you. The higher sounds will carry you to the cosmos, here you can expand, ascend into the limitless realms. Chimes, crystal singing bowls and much more will be used during the journey.
Please bring a mat, blanket or sleeping bag and pillow to get comfortable and cosy. Bring some water to rehydrate yourself after the session.
The cost is £15.
Sound therapy is very beneficial for sleeping problems, it reduces heartrate and blood pressure and is a wonderful aid for all physical and emotional issues.
Contraindications are pacemaker, epilepsy and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
