Warrior 1 Yoga is offering you this unique healing session that blends Meditation and Sound Therapy to promote deep healing and cellular DNA repair. The session begins with a guided meditation that sets theLOVE Frequency healing intention and prepares you for the immersive sound journey!
The soothing frequencies of crystal sound bowls will align your chakras and calm your nervous system. A powerful gong bath follows, offering waves of sound that foster deep relaxation and help release stress. The rhythmic patter of the rain stick enhances the experience, evoking the serene ambiance of a rainforest. Delicate, airy melodies from Koshi chimes provide a celestial closure to the session. Throughout the session several other instruments are interwoven, adding a personal and resonant dimension to the healing soundscape.

Water Charging: Bring a bottle of water to be charged with the healing vibrations. Feel free to bring any additional items you’d like infused with positive energy—crystals, journals, or anything meaningful to you.
Creative Space: Soothing ambiance and guidance throughout the event. Space to journal and reflect—feel free to bring a notebook if you’d like to record any insights.
What to Bring:
Open Heart: This is the most important item! Approach the session with a willingness to let go and receive the healing sound frequencies.
Extra Blanket or Pillow: If you like to stay really warm or have a tendency to get chilly, you’ll appreciate the extra layer.
Any Other Personal Comfort Items: Some people like to bring a favorite cushion or a soft sweater for added comfort.
