✨Sound Bath✨A sound bath is an immersive meditative musical experience. Everything is made of atoms and everything has a vibration. A sound bath surrounds people with beautiful relaxing sounds and assists them in reaching a state of harmony within.
Pogo from Sound Heart Healing will facilitate an immersion of sound generated by bells, chimes, gongs, drums, singing bowls and other instruments to guide you on an internal journey to peace and awareness. This is a community healing event hosted in Boise Acupuncture Co-op's treatment room with 12 comfy recliners.
