Sound Bath Session at Atherstone Library
An introduction to sound bowl therapy for ages 18+.
Let the sound waves from the bowls relax, calm and balance the energy of the body. Great for reducing stress tension and calming the mind.
This session is great for:
- anyone who is curious about sound bowls
- anyone who wants to try something new
- learning what the library has to offer
Please note to ensure safety and comfort: sound bowls are not suitable for third trimester pregnancy, pacemakers, or epilepsy.

Time: 1:45-2:15pm
Booking: Must book on Eventbrite. No drop-ins.
Presented by Ann Jones, holistic therapist from Serenity Wellness. Ann has been practicing for over 20 years and specialises in Reiki, crystal therapy, and sound therapy.
