A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in slow, peaceful sound waves. There is absolutely no yoga, movement, or physical exercise required; your only job is to lie there - simple enough! These frequencies are intended to help you reach a state of deep relaxation, improve sleep quality, and reduce anxiety.
