About this Event
Immerse yourself in the experience of a healing sound bath and enjoy the resonate sounds of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments.
WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat and props (blanket, pillow, yoga blocks, journal, anything to get comfortable!)
Befree Yoga has generousy offered their blankets and bolsters for use during the event just in case you don't have props. If you have your own, please plan on using them so there are plenty of props to go around for those who don't.
Colleen's older brother and his family tragically lost their home in the recent Pacific Palisades California fire. All proceeds raised from this event will be donated to his family to help them rebuild their life.
