This special New Year’s Attunergy Healing Experience is more than a sound bath—it is a powerful ritual of release and renewal. Before immersing ourselves in healing sound, we will intentionally identify and release what no longer served us in 2025—emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Through a guided cord-cutting ceremony, you will symbolically and physically cut cords representing old patterns, emotional attachments, heavy experiences, and energetic ties that have been holding you back. This embodied ritual allows your nervous system, subconscious, and energy field to fully register and release as you step into the New Year unburdened.
Following the cord cutting, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath and gong meditation using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and drum. The vibrations will help integrate the release, clear residual energy, and anchor in clarity, peace, and renewed intention.
