Come and enjoy a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind and body hosted by Liza & Sarah@ Inner Sol.
Let the rich layers of sound and vibration help you drift into a mediative state with ease - no experience required.
Many people find sound baths particularly beneficial if they struggle to quiet the mind through traditional meditation.
Participants often report:

Yoga mats, pillows, eyemasks and blankets will be provided, please bring water with you.
Please arrive 5-15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
Please note: There is no admission for late arrivals to ensure an uninterrupted, meditative and safe experience for all participants.
Avoid: Large meals, caffeine or alcohol before the session.
